Program Overview

Never Miss the Magic (“MagicDates”) offers an optional SMS notification service. When you enable SMS alerts in your account settings and provide your phone number, you will receive text messages when Disney Magic Key reservation dates you are watching become available.

Consent & Opt-In

By enabling SMS alerts in your account settings and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Never Miss the Magic at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You can use MagicDates with email-only notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of dates you are watching and how often availability changes. You will only receive messages when a watched date becomes available. Typical users receive 1–10 messages per month. You will never receive marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Never Miss the Magic does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Disabling SMS alerts in your account settings

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will continue to receive email notifications unless you disable those separately.

Supported Carriers

SMS is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number is stored securely and used only to send availability alerts. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties. Our messaging provider (Twilio) processes your number only to deliver messages on our behalf. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
